10-Year

WRX Masonry Paint

10-Year Exterior Paint Film Limited Warranty

WRX Trade 10-Year Exterior Paint Film Limited Warranty:
WRX Trade warrants strictly to the original purchaser that, when applied
in absolute accordance with the technical data sheet and container
instructions, the paint film will resist peeling, flaking, and
blistering for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies solely to sound, correctly prepared exterior
domestic and commercial masonry substrates.

Conditions of Validity

This warranty is strictly conditional upon the substrate being
structurally sound, thoroughly clean, dry, and free from
efflorescence, organic growth, or loose material prior to application.
Highly porous or chalking surfaces must be stabilised using an
approved WRX compatible primer. This warranty does not cover film
failures caused by structural movement, substrate degradation, rising
damp, hydrostatic pressure, water ingress behind the film, mechanical
damage, or the failure of any underlying non-WRX coatings.

Exclusive Remedy

WRX Trade’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty is
strictly limited to the supply of replacement WRX liquid paint
required to re-coat the specifically affected area. To the maximum
extent permitted by UK law, WRX Trade explicitly excludes any and all
liability for labour costs, equipment or scaffolding hire, lost
profits, commercial disruption, or any incidental, consequential, or
special damages. To initiate a valid claim, the purchaser must provide
the original purchase invoice, photographic proof of the failure, and
the specific product batch number from the container.

5-Year

WRX Multi Grip Paint

5-Year Multi-Grip Coating Limited Warranty

WRX Trade 5-Year Multi-Grip Coating Limited Warranty:
WRX Trade warrants strictly to the original purchaser that the Multi
Grip coating will maintain its film integrity and resist cracking,
peeling, or flaking for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of
purchase, subject to the limitations herein.

Conditions of Validity

This warranty is valid strictly when the product is applied to
recommended, correctly prepared, non-porous or challenging substrates
that have been completely degreased, de-glossed via abrading, and
dried. This warranty strictly excludes applications on exterior
horizontal flooring, exterior decking, areas subject to vehicular
traffic, or surfaces subject to prolonged or permanent water
immersion. This warranty is immediately rendered null and void if the
product is intermixed, thinned, or tinted with any third-party
components or non-approved tinting systems.

Exclusive Remedy

The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for a validated product
defect is restricted to the supply of replacement WRX liquid product
for the failed area only. WRX Trade accepts no liability for
third-party application costs, professional decorator fees, tools, or
consequential economic losses. Original proof of purchase and product
batch numbers are required as a strict condition precedent to any
claim evaluation.
