10-Year Limited Warranty
WRX Trade 10-Year Exterior Paint Film Limited Warranty:
WRX Trade warrants to the original purchaser that, when applied in full
accordance with the technical data sheet and container instructions,
the paint film will resist peeling, flaking, and blistering for a
maximum period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty
applies solely to sound, correctly prepared exterior domestic and
commercial masonry substrates.
Conditions of Validity
This warranty is conditional upon the substrate being structurally
sound, thoroughly clean, dry, and free from efflorescence, organic
growth, or loose material prior to application. Highly porous or
chalking surfaces must be stabilized using an approved WRX-compatible
primer. This warranty does not cover film failures caused by
structural movement, substrate degradation, rising damp, hydrostatic
pressure, water ingress behind the film, mechanical damage, or the
failure of underlying non-WRX coatings.
Exclusive Remedy
WRX Trade’s liability under this warranty is limited to the supply of
replacement WRX liquid paint required to re-coat the specifically
affected area. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, WRX Trade
excludes liability for labour costs, equipment or scaffolding hire,
lost profits, commercial disruption, or any incidental,
consequential, or special damages. To initiate a valid claim, the
purchaser must provide the original purchase invoice, photographic
proof of the failure, and the specific product batch number from the
container.
