Ensure all surfaces are sound, clean, suitably dry and free from dust, grease and any material that may interfere with paint adhesion.

Remove all loose or flaking coatings and repair damaged areas before application. Treat deep surface imperfections with a suitable repair mortar. Minor irregularities should be filled with an appropriate exterior wall filler and sanded smooth.

Wash dirty, greasy, dusty or powdery surfaces, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow them to dry completely before painting.

Where mould or algae is present, mechanically clean the affected area and treat it with an appropriate biocidal solution.

Smooth or glossy surfaces should be lightly abraded to improve adhesion.

Porous surfaces should receive a mist coat of WRX Trade Acrylic Masonry Pro diluted with 30% clean water by volume.

Chalking, weathered or powdery surfaces should be treated with a suitable colourless surface stabiliser.

Carry out a small test application on previously painted surfaces. Where persistent stains may bleed through the finish, apply a suitable stain-blocking primer and allow it to dry for at least 6 hours before applying the top coat.

Special precautions should be taken when preparing surfaces painted before the 1960s, as these coatings may contain harmful lead.

Stir thoroughly before and during use.

Apply using a brush, medium-pile roller, conventional spray or airless spray. Two coats are recommended. An additional coat may be required when covering a darker existing colour or when using selected shades.

For brush, roller and airless spray application, the product may be thinned with up to 15% clean water where required.

Apply the paint evenly and avoid overspreading. Load the brush or roller generously to achieve an even and consistent finish.

When cutting in and rolling, use the same thinning ratio for both application methods. Complete one wall at a time and roll immediately after cutting in, without allowing the cut-in areas to dry first.

For airless spray application, use approximately 140 bar pressure, a 50° spray angle and a nozzle size between 0.017 and 0.019 inches.

Apply only when the air and surface temperature is above 8°C and relative humidity is below 80%.

Do not apply in rain, damp or humid conditions, or in extremely windy environments.

WRX Trade Acrylic Masonry Pro covers up to 12 m² per litre per coat.

Actual coverage may vary depending on the texture, porosity and condition of the surface, as well as the selected application method.

A 2.5 L pack provides theoretical coverage of up to 30 m² for one coat or up to 15 m² for two coats.

A 10 L pack provides theoretical coverage of up to 120 m² for one coat or up to 60 m² for two coats.

At a coverage rate of 12 m² per litre, the approximate wet film thickness is 83 microns and the approximate dry film thickness is 38 microns.

Under normal conditions of 23°C and 50% relative humidity, the paint is touch dry in approximately 30 minutes.

The coating becomes shower resistant approximately 40 minutes after application.

Allow a minimum of 4 hours between coats.

Lower temperatures, high humidity and poor ventilation may extend drying and recoating times.

Store and transport the container upright in dry and secure conditions.

Protect the product from direct sunlight, frost and extreme temperatures.

Replace the lid firmly after use. Opened product should be used within one month.

Remove as much paint as possible from brushes, rollers and equipment before cleaning.

Clean application equipment with warm water or soapy water.

Do not pour paint, paint residues or cleaning water into drains or watercourses.

WRX Trade Acrylic Masonry Pro is water-based, non-flammable and contains a maximum of 40 g/L VOC.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product.

Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid breathing spray or mist. Use suitable eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves and respiratory protection where required.

Dry sanding of the paint film may create hazardous dust. Wet sanding should be used whenever possible.

Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Do not allow the product to enter drains, surface water, groundwater or soil.

Dispose of unused paint, waste materials and empty containers through licensed waste disposal or recycling facilities and in accordance with applicable regulations.

The product contains preservatives that may produce an allergic reaction. Always read the product label and Safety Data Sheet before use.
